Sean 'Diddy' Combs is accused of raping a woman using a TV remote.

The claim states the rapper, whose real name is Sean Combs, assaulted her then gang-raped her with friend after the alleged victim accused him of ordering the death of Tupac Shakur.

The woman is suing the 54-year-old for the alleged ordeal, which she says happened in 2018. She is said to have accused the musician of the murder over FaceTime. Tupac's death remains unsolved after he was fatally shot in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996.

The $50 million lawsuit, filed in the District Court of Northern California, claims the woman met a friend of Diddy's at a bar in 2018.

The filing, which has been obtained by Mail Online, says a pal of Diddy's called the star. It says they were trying to "impress the people with his famous friend".

The alleged victim says she spoke of her belief Diddy was involved in Tupac's murder, with Diddy allegedly saying she would "pay" for what she said.

The lawsuit claimed the friend invited the complainant to his home around a month after the bar incident. It claims he asking for help with his cancer drugs "because he stated he was weak and unable to open his medications".

It claims that Diddy was allegedly there waiting not long after she arrived. The accuser claimed he said "she thought she would never see him in person" and held a knife to her face. The filing says he threatened to cut her cheeks into a "Glasgow smile".

The lawsuit also claimed she was threatened to be shipped overseas, never to be heard from again. The filing claims Diddy took off her clothes and covered her body in an "oil or lubricant" and then shoved the TV remote into her vagina.

It read: "'Diddy, while violently raping [the alleged victim] with a television remote, told Plaintiff that her life was in his hands and that if he wanted he could "take her" and she would never be seen again."

It's claimed Diddy was surprised she got up to leave as he had given her "enough drugs to take out a horse". It went on to allege Diddy had told her it was "so much fun" partying with her. When she said he raped her, he allegedly offered to give her money to say it had been consensual.

She is said to have refused and said she would report the star, but he allegedly threatened her family, with a friend of his reportedly showing her what appeared to be a livestream from the front of her sister's home.

The lawsuit also said Diddy told her how he had got away with worse crimes, seemingly referring to Tupac's death. This is said to have upset one of the other men in attendance who allegedly drew a gun and demanded the star repeat the claims.

The alleged victim is said to have tried to grab the gun before it went off. She claims to have chased after him with a knife when he fled. The lawsuit claims she caught up to him and he begged for his life.

She is said to have ran for the door instead of stabbing him, but when Diddy blocked her exit, she cut his abdomen before escaping and allegedly running to a neighbour's home for help.

The lawsuit added she had told a law enforcement officer who attended the scene about the rape. After claiming the officer was unhelpful, she said she attended the doctor three days later but didn't go to hospital for three weeks due to the pain of the injuries. There, a rape kit was administered.

However, she said she was too scared to give a statement against Diddy and is said to have left his name off the report "because she believed she would be ignored... and/or would be further harmed by defendant Diddy if he discovered she named him to police."
