Chilling CCTV images show last moments before missing woman, 21, vanished
Police are "concerned" for the safety of the woman, named only as Kelly, who was last seen at a train station on Thursday

As part of an appeal to track her down, officers from Thames Valley Police have releasd an image of Kelly at Oxford Railway Station.
She was last seen wheeling a black bike, with a beige seat at 12.40pm on Thursday, November 7. She was wearing a black puffer on top of a black hoodie or beanie cap. On her feet she was wearing black and pink trainers.
Cops described her as a white woman, around 5ft tall, with brown hair. It's understood that Kelly is originally from the Oxfordshire town of Witney. She is thought to have left the area on her way to Cornwall.
Detective Inspector Ian D’Angeli said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Kelly’s welfare and would ask anyone with information on where she may be to get in touch."
The public is asked to keep a look out for the young woman and to contact 999 immediately if they see her to report the sighting to police.
