Sean 'Diddy' Combs was seen telling guests to "put the kids away" at one of his notorious White Parties in a resurfaced clip.

The rap mogul is currently being held in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center and has been denied bail after being arrested and charged with crimes including sex trafficking, kidnapping, arson, and racketeering conspiracy. Now footage of the star speaking to guests from the balcony of one of his parties in The Hamptons during the nineties and early noughties shows him holding a glass of champagne dressed all in white.

Diddy, 54, tells guests that any children will need to leave the party soon in the video as he insists they will want to attend one of the shindigs "when they get older." He said: "We fed you all, we gave you drinks, now it's time to enjoy life. This is a celebration of life."

In the video obtained by the Daily Mail, he continues: "This is the real White Party. Kids have an hour left [then] this thing turns into something that when you get older, this is something y'all gonna want to come to… so let's just start to get our groove on, put the kids away. It's all good. All right DJ let's hit it. Let's do it."

Pictures from Diddy's parties show an array of semi-naked women in the pool as well as pouring champagne in a male guest's mouth. Elsewhere, pictures show two topless women kissing while champagne is poured over them.

Diddy's white-themed parties saw some of the most famous faces in the world in attendance including Ashton Kutcher, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jay-Z and Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Russell Brand, Tommy Lee, Pamela Anderson and Paris Hilton. Jennifer Lopez famously dated Diddy from 1999 - 2001 was also snapped attending his parties.

Music industry insider Tom Swoope has claimed that Diddy's parties - which he attended - had different "tiers" of access - the most exclusive allegedly witnessed sexual humiliation on the promise of money or record deals. Swoope and other alleged witnesses have also claimed that drugs including cocaine and ecstasy were being snorted off surfaces which included the bodies of guests.

Back in 2006, Diddy told Oprah Winfrey he designed his White Party to integrate the world of hip-hop with that of the super-rich, telling her: "I wanted to strip away everyone's image and put us all in the same colour and on the same level." But Swoope has alleged that the events provided more of a power trip for Diddy than anything else.

Diddy allegedly created "a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in, and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labour, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice". The allegations levied against him were detailed in a federal indictment last week. Diddy has pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking but has been denied bail.
