A 9-year-old boy is one of the 120 victims accusing P-Diddy of sexual assault

A child is the latest victim to accuse rapper P-Diddy of sexual abuse. The boy, who was nine years old at the time, has said the assault took place at an audition in New York with Sean Combs promising the young lad a record deal

Rapper Sean “P Diddy” Combs is accused of sexually abusing 120 victims including, among 25 children, a boy aged nine, says a US lawyer. Tony Buzbee alleges the hip-hop mogul abused the boy who was expecting to land a record deal.

He also accuses Combs, 54, of spiking drinks with a horse tranquilliser. Combs has denied the shocking allegations from 60 male and 60 female claimants, dating from 1991. Mr Buzbee, who expects the lawsuits to be filed within the next month, said: “It’s alarming that this was allowed to continue for so long, leaving a trail of victims who are deeply hurt, fearful, and forever marked by this trauma.”

He said the boy of nine was taken to an audition in New York with Bad Boy Records, the label founded in 1993 that launched the careers of Notorious B.I.G., French Montana and Machine Gun Kelly. Mr Buzbee said: “This individual was sexually abused allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people at the studio in the promise to both his parents and to him of getting a record deal. Other boys were there to audition as well. All of them were trying to land a record deal. All of them were minors.”

He stated that many of the accusers have medical records that prove they had been raped or drugged. “Drugs were found in their system. Weird drugs, drugs you probably never heard of. One in particular that continues to pop up is a drug called Xylazine, or tranq, which based on our research is known as a horse tranquiliser.”

Combs’s lawyer Erica Wolff said: “Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.” The latest claims emerged as a controversial book about his late ex Kim Porter was removed from Amazon. Her family and friends denounced its independent publisher’s claims it was a memoir based on Porter’s diary.

Combs is behind bars in New York since he pleaded not guilty to sex charges last month. On Monday, his lawyers mounted a fresh appeal to get Combs released on bail ahead of his trial.
