Katie Price and Carl Woods' biggest spats - fresh cheating claims and wild 'mincemeat' insult

It's been almost a year since Katie Price and Carl Woods' relationship came to a bitter end - but now, the former model's ex has lashed out with fresh cheating claims

Katie Price and Carl Woods were once set to tie the knot - but now, the exes are embroiled in a brutal war of words.

The former glamour model, 46, may be loved up with her latest beau, Married At First Sight UK's JJ Slater, 31, but her most recent ex, Carl Woods, still has a lot to say about their relationship. The former Love Island contestant, 35, enjoyed a fiery romance with the mum-of-five from June 2020 until the end of 2023.

And now, almost a year after their break-up, Carl has lashed out with fresh cheating claims. It's far from the only time the pair have slung mud at each other, with the former lovebirds having a long history of squabbling. As Carl makes headlines once again, the Mirror takes a look back at their biggest spats...

On-off romance

Even before calling things off for good, Katie and Carl's relationship was tempestuous to say the least. In March 2023, the pair rekindled their romance after a fiery break, which saw them unfollow and then refollow each other on social media, before unfollowing each other all over again.

After jetting off on an extended Thailand holiday together, however, Carl returned home earlier than Katie, who proceeded to take to Instagram to detail 'the best things about being single'. The telling post read: "The best thing about being single is no drama, no fighting, no crying, no worries, no confusion, no heartbreak."

Explaining their love-hate dynamic in an interview with The Sun at the time, a source said: "They started talking again while she was in Thailand and they're back together now - they can't stay away from each other. They fight all the time when they're around each other - but somehow can't split up no matter how much they fight."

'Narcissist' dig

While celebrating the New Year with celeb pal Kerry Katona and their respective children, Katie made it abundantly clear that she and Carl were over in a video message to fans. Addressing followers in January of this year, her daughter Princess said: "Happy New Year everybody, this year is for good luck only."

Katie, who has been married three times, then agreed: "Yeah, I'm single! We're all gonna make it a good year!" Carl, however, was in a less than celebratory mood. In a dig apparently directed at Katie, he fumed: "Narcissists be like, it's the tree's fault!!!!!"

Cheating allegations

In an interview with The Sun back in July, Carl claimed that Katie's alleged infidelity led to him 'hating' himself. He shared: "You start to hate yourself. I couldn't tell anyone about it because I looked so stupid. I couldn't talk to my friends, my family about it, no one.

"So you start to hate yourself. I remember I'd wake up next to her and I'd immediately hate myself because I'd be thinking I bet she's been with this guy... You end up building resentment for yourself while you're trying to forgive and work through it."

'Mincemeat' insult

Last month, Carl declared that Katie had made 'mincemeat' out of him both during and after their ill-fated romance. He also went on to accuse her of cheating on him with a "former England player" during a boozy night out.

Taking a harsh view of his famous ex, Carl raged: "I'm a strong person and she made absolute mincemeat of me. [...] So if she does the same, that poor f***er hasn't got a chance. We talk about cheating but this is just how life is when you're with her, she'll never stop."

Not holding out much hope for Katie and JJ's chances going forward, sceptical Carl said that the reality star will just end up on a 'long list' of Katie's exes who have 'walked the same path' before being dumped once they reach 'the end of their shelf-life'.

Claiming Katie's relationships stem from 'boredom', Carl also shared his view on Katie and JJ's sizeable age gap - claiming that her beaus are getting younger and younger. He raged: "Soon she'll be dating lads that are Junior's age – he'll be 25 in a few years. Psychologically Katie still thinks she's young and she wants to prove she can still get all the young men, she gets a thrill out of it."

Fresh footballer claims

Carl has sensationally claimed Katie cheated on him with multiple men before they split - including with a 23-year-old sportsman. He said: "I had caught her messaging a Premier League footballer as she had tried to send videos to him while we were at the bar and was waving her phone around.

"She was very sloppy because of the booze and that's how I found out. Before that night, I had seen him try to FaceTime her when we were out of the dental clinic and she had cancelled it. When I confronted her she went wild as she'd been busted."

Carl then claims that Katie fled their hotel when he confronted her and she ran across the car park before falling off a ledge and smashing her feet. Once in hospital, the former glamour allegedly told him she feared he didn't really like her and she vowed never to cheat on him again - a vow he claims she betrayed once she recovered from her injuries.

He goes on to claim she cheated on him one night when he had been building a bed in her 'Mucky Mansion' home that he was helping her renovate. He continued: "She said she was so sorry and it was just a drunken s**g. I went back and I thought she was going to be remorseful but then she said to me coldly: 'You knew I was sh****g him anyway.'

"We sorted things out and she said we would have a baby together and she was going to change." The report goes on to claim that Katie's former husband, Kieran Hayler, 37, informed Carl that he had learned Katie had cheated on him with a footballer in his twenties. He then claims she cheated on him again when they were in Thailand in February last year.

Carl alleges that the wife of a German man messaged him via social media to tell him Katie had slept with her husband. The betrays proved too much, and Carl claims he called quits on the romance in December last year.

A representative of Katie has hit back at Carl's claims and told The Mirror: "Another ex-cashing in on Kate...for someone who didn't want to be famous he's not doing a very good job at it...".
