Sean 'Diddy' Combs again denied bail in sex trafficking and racketeering case

Rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs has had his bail attempts denied once more the district court judge overseeing his sex trafficking and racketeering case

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' bail request has been denied by the district court judge overseeing his sex trafficking and racketeering case.

The rapper will remain in federal custody after the decision was announced. US District Judge Andrew Carter made the call after hearing arguments from the lawyers.

According to TMZ, the judge turned down the request because "the government has proven the defendant is a danger. The bail package is insufficient even on risk of flight."

Manhattan federal Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky originally ordered the musician to be held without by on Wednesday. She made the ruling after an almost two-hour-long hearing where prosecutors and Diddy's lawyer argued on whether he should be jailed until he faces trial. His lawyers had been offering $50million (£38m) for bail and in-home detention.
