The boxer has been divulging details about five-year relationship with the influencer in his upcoming book, Lightning Can Strike Twice.. He confirmed back in March that he'd been busy putting pen to paper saying in an Instagram post: "I’m proud to announce… I have written my first book!

But since then, it has been confirmed that he and Molly-Mae have split. The couple announced in seperate statements that they'd broken-up in August, 19 months after welcoming their first child into the world and a little over a year after they agreed to tie the knot.

It was then in September that Tommy told fans that things had not been 'easy', before confirming his book will contain an 'extra chapter 'to reflect on 'current' events in his life.

He told fans in a video message: "Hey guys, hope you're all doing okay. As you all know, the past month for me hasn't been easy but I've been having a lot of questions regarding my book Lightning Can Strike Twice. I just want to come on here and confirm that the book is still coming out next month and it's still available to preorder."

Tommy continued: 'I've also tried to keep it as current as I can for you guys. I've wrote an extra chapter, obviously discussing what's been going on this past month. So yeah, just wanted to say that the book is still going ahead."

Now, Tommy has revealed the couple did argue, with one of them usually making the first move to resolve their differences. In his forthcoming memoir, he revealed that it hasn't always been plain sailing for the pair.

According to The Sun, he wrote, : "We laugh a lot together but we also bicker every day.As for full-blown arguments, we probably have one a month. Molly usually extends the olive branch first, so we make up pretty quickly."

It comes after Tommy said he "knows what to do" to fix his relationship with Molly-Mae. In his first major interview since the break-up ahead of the release of his book, the 25-year-old told how he is determined to repair their romance for the sake of their young daughter Bambi.

The boxer told Mail Plus: "We were together for five and a half years. You don't stay with someone, have a child with them, get engaged, if it is only a bit of a fling ... It is proper love. Do I still love Molly? 100 per cent. I will love her until my final breath. The minute I saw her, I thought, 'Yes, she's the woman of my dreams ..."

Tommy went on to add: "I know what I have to do in order to resolve things. And that's down to me. Nobody else can do that other than me. I do think things will work themselves out. Do I love my family very much? Yes. Do I want me and my family to be back together? Yes, 100 per cent. I will always love my family."
