Savinho, Gvardiol, Dias - Man City injury latest and return dates

Pep Guardiola's side have been hit by a spate of injuries in recent weeks with a host of key players missing. Several will not return until after the November international break while Guardiola was coy on whether those who reported issues during the midweek Carabao Cup defeat at Tottenham, would be fit enough to feature on their return to Premier League action.
It means City may have a similar squad to the one in midweek, particularly with a testing trip to Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League to come on Tuesday. Here's a look at the latest injury news.

Savinho
Injury: Ankle
What we know: The winger seemed to have sustained a serious injury when he was stretchered off against Spurs. But Guardiola reported better news at this press conference on Friday and hinted that the winger could even be involved at Bournemouth with the issue not as serious as first feared.

Ruben Dias
Injury: Unknown
What we know: Dias was replaced at half time in midweek and Guardiola reported the centre back was 'struggling' with an issue. It is not thought to be serious and he could be involved on Saturday.

Josko Gvardiol
Injury: Knock
What we know: The full back was seen receiving treatment on the pitch after the defeat to Spurs in midweek. The Croatia international is a doubt for the weekend.

Manuel Akanji
Injury: Meniscus
What we know: Akanji was named in the City starting line up at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in midweek but was a late omission from the side who began the game. The hope is he will be fit to feature this weekend.

Jeremy Doku
Injury: Unknown
What we know: The winger has suffered an injury that is likely to sideline him until after the November international break. Guardiola said on Friday that the issue would take a few weeks to recover from.

Jack Grealish
Injury: Unknown
What we know: The winger picked up an injury in training ahead of the Champions League tie with Sparta Prague and is not fit enough to feature this weekend. It remains to be see when he will return to action.

What we know: Walker missed out at Wolves with a fitness issue. He played one of England's two games during the international break and Guardiola is unsure of when he will return. The weekend visit of Southampton may well come too soon.

What we know: De Bruyne has not featured since picking up an injury against Inter Milan in the Champions League. He is back in light training but Guardiola confirmed the Belgian still does not feel right and all precautions are being taken.

Injury: Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL)
What we know: Rodri has sustained a serious knee injury and will miss the rest of the campaign. The hope for City will be that he can be fit to start when the 2025-26 campaign begins.

Oscar Bobb
Injury: Fractured Leg
What we know: The Norwegian suffered his leg break in August and he is now in a race against the clock to come back before the end of the year. The hope is that Bobb will play some part over the festive period.
