Boots has unveiled its 2024 Christmas marketing campaign, dubbed The Christmas Makeover, starring Bridgerton actress Adjoa Andoh as the lead.

In the retailer's new advert, released on 6 November, Adjoa takes on the role of Mrs Claus, surrounded by a beauty-themed wonderland and her team of elves.

As she showcases the elves' 'werkshop', Mrs Claus ensures all beauty gifts are in order while Santa Claus rests, with the advert featuring a range of popular brands and the elves modelling different looks to cater to various beauty enthusiasts.

The advert concludes with Mrs Claus looking pleased with her efforts, before humorously remarking: "You thought it was all him?"

"This advert is the perfect culmination of both, and I cannot wait to see the reaction and help gift-givers find the perfect gift this Christmas.

"In the past 12 months - our 175th anniversary year - we have expanded our beauty offering even further by launching another 55 new beauty brands, including some of the biggest names in beauty such as Prada Beauty, Made by Mitchell and Supergoop!
