Chilling CCTV footage shows the final moments of a 21-year-old woman before she was reported missing. Police searching for a woman, named only as Kelly, have released clips taken at Oxford Railway Station before she vanished.
She was last seen wheeling a black bike, with a beige seat at 12.40pm on Thursday, November 7. Kelly was wearing a black puffer on top of black hoodie or beanie cap. On her feet she was wearing black and pink trainers.
Officers described her as a white woman, around 5ft tall, with brown hair. It's understood that Kelly is originally from the Oxfordshire town of Witney. She is thought to have left the area on her way to Cornwall, The Mirror reports.
