Dad-of-four dies in Benidorm after 'falling' while out on lads' holiday

Nathan Osman, 30, was on his first-ever lads' holiday with mates when he died after he got lost and had "too much to drink" - his family have been left heartbroken

A father-of-four tragically lost his life after a mysterious fall during his first lads' holiday in Benidorm. Nathan Osman, 30, from Pontypridd, south Wales, had been out and got lost while trying to find his hotel early in the morning.

His sister, Alannah Hughes, revealed that he had "too much to drink". The dad-of-four was on holiday with at least four friends when the incident occurred on Saturday morning.

Alannah said: "He travelled on his first boys' holiday and after too much to drink, he got lost looking for his hotel and fell. A fundraising page to repatriate his body says his " A fundraising page set up to bring his body home states that his "four beautiful children... have been left heartbroken after hearing this tragic news".

She added: "Nathan was the best father, son, uncle and certainly the most amazing, wonderful, supportive brother to me. I miss him so much already. He didn't deserve this."

Their mother, Liz Osman, expressed her grief saying: "Our hearts are broken.", reports Bristol Live.

She described her son as "my world and more." The fundraising page further reads: "Nathan was the smile that would light up the room and to anyone that had the pleasure of meeting him, would tell you that his four children were his whole world. A dedicated father who provided his children with the best life."

Over £15,000 has been donated, far exceeding the fundraiser's £5,000 goal. The remaining funds will reportedly go towards supporting Nathan's children.

Nathan's family is reportedly on their way to Benidorm today. His mother, Liz, implored: "Please all pray for strength for us today as we prepare to go see our handsome boy."

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office has been contacted for a statement regarding the matter.
