We'll be able to collect the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 achievements when we're away from our Xbox, as Microsoft has announced that Call of Duty is coming to Xbox Cloud Gaming later this month. Fans of the Xbox first-person shooter series will be able to stream Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Modern Warfare 3, and Warzone via the cloud from October 25.

Xbox Cloud Gaming will support Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 at launch

As announced on Xbox Wire, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members will be able to stream Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 via Xbox Cloud Gaming when it launches later this month. On top of that, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, which is already available on Game Pass, and the free-to-play battle royale Call of Duty: Warzone will also support Xbox Cloud Gaming from October 25.

Black Ops 6 will be the first Call of Duty game to launch into Game Pass following Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard a year ago. Interestingly, there won't be an early access campaign for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 players this year, with all players diving into the upcoming shooter on the same day.

In other Cloud Gaming news, Microsoft is reportedly planning to roll out Xbox Cloud Gaming support for your owned games. Xbox Insiders will apparently begin testing the feature in November.
