Tony Buzbee said in an Oct. 1 press conference he was representing 120 individuals — men and women — who claimed to have been sexually assaulted, raped or threatened by Combs. Some alleged victims claimed to be minors at the time of the incidents. Out of the pool, 12 anonymous plaintiffs had their lawsuits filed as of Sunday, per court records.

Of the more recent filings entered were accusations from three Jane Does who each accused Combs of terrifying acts, some even done in the presence of other celebrities.

A Suspicious Vegas Party

One Jane Doe’s lawsuit says she was invited to one of Combs’ parties in Las Vegas by a party promoter during Memorial Day weekend of 2014. She was informed that the invitation was only to her and not her friends who she was in town with. The lawsuit says Mary J. Blige, Lil’ Kim and Nicki Minaj were in attendance among other celebrities. The plaintiff was then invited to an after party at Combs’ hotel suite in Planet Hollywood, the suit says. There, she claims Combs told her to help herself to the open bottles of Ciroc.

Though, after taking a few sips, the suit says she became dizzy and lost control of her motor functions. The lawsuit says the party promoter led her to an empty bedroom to lie down. However, she woke up the next morning to Combs sitting shirtless in the corner of her room and with soreness in her private area.

She feared Combs raped her while she was unconscious. Though she was able to leave, it took days for the plaintiff to recover from the effects of the alleged drugging, the suit says.

Assault of Mystery Music Artist

Another anonymous plaintiff, identified only as a 29-year-old independent music artist, also accused of Combs of sexual assault during a December 2022 incident. The lawsuit says she and her friends were invited to one of Combs’ parties held in New York City. Upon arrival, she claims she was repeatedly offered drugs by Combs’ employees which she refused. Instead, the suit says she only consumed a single glass of wine.

In conversation with Combs about her music career, the lawsuit says he invited her into his office to discuss things further. However, upon entering the officer, the plaintiff says she began slipping in and out of consciousness leading her to believe she was drugged. Inside the room, the suit alleges Combs raped and sexually assaulted her while she had no power to resist after being subdued from the substance she consumed.

She woke up the next morning inside the office to blood on her vaginal area and various bruising including imprints on her wrists, implying she was tied with rope.

Alleged Assault of 13-Year-Old

In September of 2007, another Jane Doe says she was only 13 years old when she had her encounter with Combs. She was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall for the VMAs but waited outside looking to finesse her way into the award show because she didn’t have a ticket. She eventually approached a limousine where she encountered one of Combs’ employees who promised to take her to an after party, the suit says.

The plaintiff was then driven to a large white mansion. The suit says she was ordered to sign a nondisclosure agreement before entering. Inside, the suit says she was offered a mixed drink that ultimately made her feel lightheaded. She eventually found an empty bedroom to lie down in.

However, the lawsuit claims Combs along with a male and female celebrity all entered the room. While disoriented, the lawsuit claims the male celebrity took her clothes off and raped her as Combs and the female celebrity watched. Combs then allegedly raped the plaintiff while the two other celebrities watched. Combs then tried to force the plaintiff into oral sex but she resisted by punching Combs in the neck, the lawsuit says. At that point, she grabbed her clothes and managed to escape the home.

Combs is now over a dozen sexual assault lawsuits deep on top of facing federal sex crime charges. He’s pleaded not guilty to the three-count indictment and was denied bail three times. He’s set to go to trial in May of 2025.
