Deepika Padukone eagerly awaits Ranveer Singh’s homecoming

Mumbai: Bollywood’s power couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, are embracing parenthood with joy. It will soon be a month since the couple became parents. The couple welcomed their first child together, a baby girl, on September 8 2024.

The new mommy recently shared an endearing video of a baby exploring the outdoors with binoculars. Which is melting hearts of all the netizens. The video was dedicated to dad Ranveer. She captioned the playful video, “Me when my husband tells me he will be home at 5.00 and it’s 5.01.’ The video shows a baby standing at the door waiting for someone with binoculars. Which shows that Deepika counts down to Ranveer’s return home.

The Bajirao Mastani actor made his first public appearance on Sunday night at an event in Mumbai. He was seen shouting  “Baap ban gaya main,”

Reportedly the new dad Ranveer has resumed his work while Deepika is still on maternity break. The couple haven’t shared anything regarding their baby girl yet.

On the work front, Ranveer and Deepika will be sharing screen together in the upcoming Rohit Shetty movie ‘Singham Again’. The film will reunite them again on screen after their last movie together named ’83’.
