Video: Elon Musk takes a ride in Tesla's self-driving robotaxi

US car-making giant Tesla has shared a video of its owner and billionaire Elon Musk riding the new Robotaxi. In the video, one can see that the car's automated doors open as soon as Musk approaches the vehicle, he sits inside and makes himself comfortable. As soon as Musk fastens the seat-belt, the doors close by themselves and the ride begins. A visibly elated Musk waves to the people outside and enjoys the ride that lasts for a few hundred metres.

Tesla revealed its fully autonomous driverless robotaxi, the Cybercab priced below $30,000, earlier on Friday.

The Tesla Cybercab's design is inspired by that of the Tesla Cybertruck. It has two doors and, rather interestingly, only two seats at the front with no second row of seats. The Cybercab does not have a steering wheel or pedals. It will rely on Tesla's full self driving (FSD) software.
