Vivo has unveiled its latest smartphone, the Vivo V40e, in India, expanding its successful V40 series. Claimed to be the slimmest smartphone in India with a 5500mAh battery, the V40e is designed to offer a luxurious feel, a powerful camera setup, and long-lasting performance. With its sleek design and advanced features, Vivo aims to attract consumers looking for style and functionality at an approachable price point.

Price and Availability

The Vivo V40e comes in two variants. The 8GB+128GB model is priced at Rs 28,999, while the 8GB+256GB version costs Rs 30,999. Both variants are available in two color options: Royal Bronze and Mint Green. Consumers can pre-book the device starting today, and it will be available for purchase from October 2, 2024, across Vivo’s official e-store, Flipkart, and partner retail stores. Buyers can also benefit from several offers, including a 10 per cent instant discount for SBI and HDFC Bank users, exchange bonuses, and extended warranties.

Specifications and Features

The Vivo V40e stands out as India’s slimmest smartphone in its battery category, with a thickness of just 0.749 cm. It features a 6.77-inch curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering an immersive viewing experience. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, ensuring smooth performance and power efficiency. The 5500mAh battery supports 80W FlashCharge for quick recharging.

On the camera front, the V40e boasts a 50MP main camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a Sony IMX882 sensor, providing sharp photos even in low light.
