The same holds true for the recently announced iPhone 16 series, but thanks to Brazilian regulator Anatel, the exact battery specifications for the iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max have now been revealed.

The iPhone 16 is equipped with a 3,561mAh battery, marking a 6.3 percent increase over the iPhone 15. Meanwhile, the iPhone 16 Plus comes with a 4,674mAh battery, reflecting a 6.6 percent jump compared to its predecessor.

The iPhone 16 Pro stands out with a 9.4 percent increase, featuring a 3,582mAh battery, making it the biggest gainer in the lineup. The iPhone 16 Pro Max, on the other hand, packs a 4,685mAh battery, up 5.5 percent from the previous generation.

While the iPhone 16 Pro may have the most significant boost in battery capacity, all models are expected to offer better battery life. The iPhone 16 Pro Max and the Plus should deliver much better longevity than last year's model despite the relatively modest increases in battery size.

iPhone 16, Plus, Pro, Max prices in India

Apple recently announced the official prices for the iPhone 16 series in India. The iPhone 16 starts at Rs 79,900 for the 128GB model, with the 256GB version priced at Rs 89,900, and the 512GB variant costing Rs 1,09,900.

The larger iPhone 16 Plus starts at Rs 89,900 for the 128GB model, Rs 99,900 for the 256GB option, and Rs 1,19,900 for the 512GB variant.

For those opting for the iPhone 16 Pro, the base 128GB model is priced at Rs 1,19,900. The 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options are available at Rs 1,29,900, Rs 1,49,900, and Rs 1,69,900, respectively.

Finally, the top-tier iPhone 16 Pro Max starts at Rs 1,44,900 for the 256GB variant, while the 512GB model is priced at Rs 1,64,900, and the 1TB version will set you back Rs 1,84,900.
