Soldier dies, another injured after Army vehicle plunges into gorge in J&K
An Army vehicle skidded off the road and plunged into a gorge in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, killing one Army personnel and injuring another.

An Army personnel died and another got injured after their vehicle skidded off the road and fell into a gorge in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district on Monday, officials said.
The accident occurred near Badog village in Kalakote, they added. Naik Badri Lal and Sepoy Jai Prakash were found critically injured by the rescuers and shifted to hospital.
However, Lal succumbed to his injuries while Prakash was undergoing treatment.
An investigation into the cause of the accident was on.
Earlier on November 2, three people, including a woman and her 10-month-old son, died and three others were critically injured after their car skidded off a hilly road and plunged into a deep gorge in Reasi district.
According to officials, the family was travelling from their village of Malikote to Chassana in a private Eco car. The driver lost control, causing the vehicle to veer off the path and roll down the gorge.
Authorities confirmed that all those involved in the accident were residents of Malikote in Reasi district.
