DETAILED BANK HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR NOVEMBER 2024

November 1 (Friday): Banks will be closed in several states, including Tripura, Karnataka, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Sikkim, and Manipur for Deepavali, Kut, and Kannada Rajyotsava.

November 2 (Saturday): Observing Diwali, Laxmi Puja, and Govardhan Pooja, banks in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh, among others, will close. However, as this is the first Saturday of the month, it is not a universal holiday, so some branches may remain open.

November 3 (Sunday): Banks across all states and Union Territories (UTs) will be closed for Sunday, as per standard weekly closures.

November 7 (Thursday): In specific states such as Bengal, Bihar, and Jharkhand, banks will close for Chhath Puja (Evening Arghya).
