No glove tap. Chimaev hopping in and out and dives for a takedown from long range. Whittaker defended well, but Chimaev is all over him. He’s riding Whittaker hard, let’s see if he can keep this up.

Whittaker calmly defending with the hulking Chimaev just bearing down on him. Chimaev takes the back and threatens with a choke, mad scramble by Whittaker and he’s out of there, but Chimaev continues to wrestle him.

Chimaev relentless with two minutes to go, Whittaker completely on the defensive. The good news for Whittaker is that he hasn’t taken much actual damage. Just as a write that, Chimaev smacks him with a couple of hard hammerfists and then goes for a choke. Whittaker suddenly taps! Unclear whether that was a choke or crank, Whittaker pointing to his face, so maybe a crank? Either way, ow and WOW.
