Sean 'Diddy' Combs is embroiled in a new wave of legal woes as he faces six new civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, including an alleged incident involving a 16-year old-boy.

The new lawsuits were filed on Monday against Combs by attorney Tony Buzbee and include accusations of rape, sexual assault on males, and child molestation. A staggering six anonymous civil lawsuits have been lodged against the music mogul in a New York federal court, two by women under the pseudonym Jane Does and four by men identified as John Does.

Among the claimants is a man from North Carolina, one of the John Does, who alleges that he was molested by Combs during one of the star's famed white parties in the Hamptons, Long Island, back in 1998 when he was just 16. Combs' lawyer, responding to earlier allegations, stated that his client "cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus".

Combs' attorney added: "He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation. Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors."

1995 - BIGGIE SMALLS MUSIC VIDEO

One of the oldest accusations in the new civil lawsuit dates back almost 30 years ago. A woman who went to a launch party following the debut of Biggie Smalls ' single "One More Chance" in 1995 claims Combs came up to the victim, who was enjoying a dance with her pals, and asked for some one-on-one time.

Once they were secluded, he allegedly "violently struck her, slamming her head against the wall and causing her to fall to the floor," which was followed by him allegedly raping her. Post-assault, the victim alleges that Combs threatened her, saying: "You better not tell anyone about this, or you will disappear."

1998 - EAST HAMPTON WHITE PARTY

In the new lawsuits, one individual, who is referred to as John Doe in the court filings, claims that Combs invited him to one of his renowned White Parties in the Hamptons in 1998, when he was just 16-years-old. A photograph of the John Doe with the Bad Boy Records founder at the party was included in the legal documents.

According to the civil law suit, Combs allegedly "took an interest" in the teenager during the party and led him to a secluded area near some portable toilets to discuss his potential future in the music industry. However, the conversation allegedly took a disturbing turn when Combs allegedly demanded the young man to lower his trousers. The lawsuit further alleges that Combs - who denies all the new allegations against him - then grabbed the 16 year old's private parts before returning to the party "as if nothing had happened."

2004 - MARRIOTT HOTEL

Another female accuser has come forward with an allegations dating back from 2004, claiming she was at a photoshoot for Combs' group Da Band the focus of his reality show 'Making the Band 2' near her college in Brooklyn. She claims that after meeting Combs at the shoot, she and a friend were invited to an afterparty at a Marriott hotel in Manhattan.

Upon arrival at Combs' suite, they were allegedly locked in by a security guard and left alone with the music mogul. The lawsuit claims he plied them with drinks, demanded they take cocaine, and began to touch them against their will. "When they resisted, Combs ordered Ms. Doe's friend to perform oral sex on him or else he would have them both killed," the legal documents assert.

The situation escalated until the security guard re-entered the room, "likely due to Ms. Doe's cries," according to the lawsuit. This interruption allegedly allowed the victim's friend to flee, although Diddy allegedly remained on top of the claimant. After leaving her alone in the room for half an hour, another guard informed her she could go, and she took a taxi back to her dormitory in Brooklyn.

2006 -SECURITY GUARD AT A WHITE PARTY

In another new allegation, a security guard who worked at one of Combs' famed White Parties in East Hampton in 2006 has launched a civil lawsuit. The guard is accusing Combs of providing him with two drinks on the evening in question - the second drink which allegedly caused the guard to feel "extremely ill and [the victim] leaned against his truck for support."

Legal representatives of the man claim the beverage was tainted with GHB, commonly known as a date-rape drug. The lawsuit further accuses Combs of forcibly taking the victim to a van and raping him there.

2008 -MACY’S STOCKROOM

A civil lawsuit has been lodged on behalf of an advisor for Ecko Clothing, who allegedly met with Combs in 2008 to discuss a potential partnership between the brand and Combs' Sean John clothing line. The legal documents claim that the Ecko advisor encountered Diddy at a "T-junction" within the department store's stockroom, where he was surrounded by two "large bodyguards."

The claimant alleges he was swiftly "hit hard around the base of the neck, possibly with a pistol," which brought him to his knees as the men hurled obscenities at him. The civil lawsuit accuses Combs of then orally raping the victim, continuing to shout obscenities like "Suck my d-, Ecko," at him. Following the incident in the stockroom, the civil law suit alleges Combs began selecting items from his Sean John clothing line.

"He left the stockroom and headed out to the Macy's retail floor, where he began distributing merchandise to an adoring crowd, as if nothing had happened." The victim is said to have reported the incident to Macy's security, who assured him someone would eventually speak to him. The accuser claims he was subsequently barred from the Macy's flagship store.

The civil lawsuit further alleges that Macy's "pressured Ecko executives to fire the claimant because Macy's had just signed a multi-million-dollar deal with Sean John Clothing." The victim was dismissed, and no further action was taken. Macy's, also named as a co-defendant in this civil lawsuit.

2021 -MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE

The most recent of the the fresh civil lawsuits launched on Monday recounts an attack allegedly happening during one of Combs' gatherings in October 2021, filed by a worker of a brand management company who was present at the event. The individual, who had decided to keep alcohol consumption to a minimum, stated: "Even though Plaintiff only consumed one alcoholic drink, the effects of the drink were immediate and overwhelming," according to filed documents.

According to the claim, the victim's next memory was of feeling completely "paralyzed" in a bedroom, where they allege that a group of at least three men initiated a sexual assault. The claimant also vividly recalled noticing Combs "above him, naked, at one point during the assault."

DENIAL

Combs, 54, entered a plea of not guilty last month to a three-count indictment accusing him of exploiting his business empire, which includes the record label Bad Boy Entertainment, to ferry male and female sex workers across state lines for recorded sexual activities known as "freak offs". Since being arrested on September 16, he has remained in jail and been denied bail ahead of his trial next year.

In court last week, the music icon looked visibly downcast, facing the consequences after spending three weeks in federal lock-up. Courtroom sketches captured the 54-year-old looking dejected, clad in a baggy prison shirt during the session focused on picking out evidence for his upcoming trial.

Responding to the new civil lawsuits filed on Monday, a statement from Combs' lawyers stated: "The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today's barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. Mr Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone - adult or minor, man or woman."
