Scottie Scheffler has hinted he might serve up a repeat performance at the 2025 Masters — not on the course, but at the dinner table.

After his commanding win at Augusta National in 2024, where he led by four shots to secure his second green jacket, Scheffler is in the enviable position of choosing the menu for the prestigious Champions Dinner next year.

His 2023 selection was a smash hit, and now he's toying with the idea of dishing out the same favourites again. Scheffler quipped: "I'm wondering if I should just have the same exact menu. It was pretty good. It's all my favourite foods. I don't know really what I could do differently. I think it would be kind of fun just to have the exact same food."

This potential decision could stir the pot among his peers and fans, as the tradition usually involves a fresh culinary lineup each year, with golfers often playfully ribbing each other over their choices.

Scheffler's menu from two years ago featured two distinct starters: cheeseburger sliders, served 'Scottie-style', with French fries placed atop the beef patties and beneath the burger bun, accompanied by cheese, tomato and shredded lettuce. His other appetiser was firecracker shrimp.

Following this, Scheffler's menu offered a tortilla soup, comprising avocado, crispy blue tortilla strips, cilantro, lime and sour cream.

For the main course, guests had a choice between Texas ribeye steak or blackened redfish - both accompanied by macaroni and cheese, seasoned fries, greens and jalapeno creamed corn.

The dessert was a hot chocolate chip skillet cookie, topped off with cookies and cream ice cream. While the golfers present reportedly enjoyed the meal, serving the exact same menu from two years ago is bound to raise some eyebrows.

Spaniard Jon Rahm, who won the tournament in 2023, chose for his Champions Dinner evening meal tapas and dishes from the Basque region - his homeland.
