Murphy explains how he took a general meeting with Kelce to talk about his post-football dreams and how he was giving him some “fatherly advice” for his career ahead. “I always have a motto in my world and in my work, that a star is a star is a star. It doesn’t matter what field you’re a star in. If you have that charisma, you are going to bring it to whatever you do,” Murphy said in a virtual press conference, as reported by Variety. Kelce definitely wanted to embrace his star power and work with Murphy, insisting in the same meeting that he’d love to act in a project as soon as possible, telling him, “No, I want to do it now.
