Strictly Come Dancing fans were enraptured by dancer Nikita Kuzmin's new appearance during the much-anticipated Halloween episode.

The BBC's popular competition resumed on our screens this Saturday (October 26), with a gripping episode. As celebrities readied themselves for an intense contest to maintain their position in the show, tensions rose.

In a full embrace of Halloween week, this time around, contestants and their professional partners went overboard with themed routines and costumes, drawing inspiration from classics such as The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Beetlejuice.

Their routine commenced with both clad in Brad and Janets modest attire until they daringly shed them to disclose the iconic risque corset ensembles of Rocky Horror.

The dance earned high praise from Motsi, who called it the 'cherry on the cake' in an extraordinary evening. A high score of 31 points marked a personal best for Sam in the contest.

They faced off against JLS sensation JB Gill and his partner Amy Dowden, who survived with their energetic jive to Outkast's Hey Ya!

Even their Samba to Rose Royce's Car Wash couldn't save Paul and Karen the duo earned just 19 points from the judges, not enough to avoid elimination from the dazzling dance floor contest.
