Strictly Come Dancing Wynne Evans sparks concern among viewers

Strictly Come Dancing's Wynne Evans has sparked concerns among viewers, with some suggesting he appears to be "not enjoying" his time on the show.

The BBC's popular dance contest made a thrilling return to our screens on Saturday (October 26), with the competition heating up as the remaining celebrities vied for their spot in the ongoing series.

As the Go Compare icon Wynne Evans hit the dance floor with his professional partner, they aimed to wow the judges and those watching at home with their Salsa routine.

Their performance evidently wowed the crowd, as judge Craig Revel Horwood awarded the advertising favourite seven points, while the other judges were even more generous, each bestowing eight points upon him. This scoring likely secures Evans a place in the top half of the leaderboard.

Despite the high scores, some viewers feel that Evans is not quite himself, with one audience member posting on social media: "Wynne really doesn't seem to be enjoying the show as much as he did #Strictly #StrictlyComeDancing," reports the Mirror.

Another viewer remarked: "I thought Wyn looked a bit like he was being dragged around a bit #StrictlyComeDancing #Strictly."

while a third queried: "Anyone else think Wynne is faking a smile or is it just me? ".

This week, the couples are pulling out all the stops with their routines and costumes for Halloween week, featuring performances inspired by The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Beetlejuice this year.

Each pair is now set to impress with their latest performances in a bid to secure a place in the seventh week. Reality TV personality Pete Wicks has taken on the persona of The Joker, alongside his professional dance partner Jowita Przysta, who is portraying Harley Quinn.

In addition, EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick and professional dancer Michelle Tsiakkas have transformed into Wednesday and Pugsley Addams.

The judges have also pulled out all the stops for the Halloween season, with viewers seeing judge Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke as the twins from the Shining, Motsi Mabuse as Cruella de Vill and Shirley Ballas as Winifred Sanderson.
