Costa is preparing to launch its Christmas menu to the public - but members can get early access

Costa Coffee unveils new Christmas menu with 12 new items and the return of old favourites

by · ChronicleLive

Costa Coffee's festive offerings are sure to get fans in the Christmas spirit with the introduction of the delicious Caramel Nutcracker suite and a medley of returning darlings. The Caramel Nutcracker, infused with caramel and nutty flavours, graces the menu as both an indulgent latte and a sumptuous hot chocolate, catering to preferences for both hot and iced beverages.

Additionally, Costa has concocted a Festive Spice Latte which promises customers "the perfect touch of warmth", sweetening the deal by offering the option to add Festive Spice syrup to any drink.

Eagerly anticipated by devotees, old favourites make their comeback too.

The Gingerbread and Cream Latte is not only back but also chilling in a new iced variant, while the Terry's Chocolate Orange Hot Chocolate's return is aligned with the season, accompanied by the Black Forest Hot Chocolate, now venturing into frappe territory for the first time.

The seasonal cheer commences from November 7, but for members of the Costa Club, exclusive early access starts from today. Culinary treats complement the beverage bliss, with Costa heralding the arrival of new edibles like the Brie and Cranberry Toastie, which joins mainstays such as the Pigs and Blankets Toastie and the Turkey and Trimmings Toastie to complete the holiday feast.

Costa Coffee's festive menu is back with a bang, offering the Turkey Feast Sandwich, Brie, Bacon and Chilli Jam Panini, and the Hog Roast Toastie for those looking to indulge in some winter lunchtime comfort. For the sweet-toothed, there's the debut of the Chocolate and Caramel Nutcracker Cake, a decadent layering of chocolate sponge and caramel frosting, crowned with chocolate hazelnut frosting, alongside the Berry Red Velvet Mini Loaf, a delightful chocolate and vanilla-flavoured mini loaf with a tangy raspberry sauce centre, reports the Mirror.

In a collaboration with BOSH!, a vegan recipes website, Costa has introduced two vegan-friendly delights: the new Billionaire's Slice and Winter Berry Crumble. Sandra Ferreira, Beverage Innovation Director at Costa Coffee, enthused: "We take Christmas very seriously at Costa Coffee and love creating new festive flavours that delight our customers."

She added, "Our new Caramel Nutcracker range is sure to get anyone in the holiday spirit. Plus, our new Festive Spice syrup is the perfect addition for those looking to add a touch of Christmas to their everyday drinks. Whether you're catching up with an old friend or enjoying a moment of relaxation with our new Black Forest Frappe, Costa Coffee has you covered this Christmas."

Nishant Bhatia, Director of Global Food Strategy at Costa Coffee, expressed his excitement about the new festive food range: "We're excited to unveil our delicious festive food range, packed with scrumptious savoury bites and delightful, sweet treats. Whether you're taking a much-deserved break from the Christmas food shop, or shopping for the perfect gift, Costa Coffee is the go-to spot for a yummy lunchtime snack or a sweet pick-me-up, with a taste of the holiday season in every bite."
