Hugh Sheridan is snubbed from Rebel Wilson's wedding to Ramona Agruma

Hugh Sheridan was not in attendance at his former bestie Rebel Wilson's wedding to Ramona Agruma after he detailed his huge falling out with the couple.

The Aussie actor, 39, recently claimed he no longer speaks to comedian Rebel, 44, and Ramona, 40, and wasn't invited to their Italian wedding, despite being the one to set the couple up.

And Hugh was nowhere near the couple's destination wedding in Sardinia over the weekend as he notably posted a string of videos to Instagram from Sydney.

Just hours before the couple were said to have married, Hugh shared videos of himself on a nighttime boat trip around the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.

'It's corny and seedy, but believe me, I like the simple life,' he captioned the videos, referring to his song, titled Give Me the Simple Life.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Hugh for comment. Rebel's representatives declined to comment. 

Rebel and fashion designer Ramona said 'I do' in a romantic ceremony held in Sardinia, an island in the Mediterranean Sea, on Saturday, according to People.

A source previously told DailyMail.com that they planned to exchange vows in front of just their 'close friends and family' at the intimate destination affair.

It was the perfect fairytale location for the couple to exchange vows as they notably holidayed in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, just days after going Instagram official with their romance in 2022.

The Pitch Perfect actress and her partner were reportedly supposed to get married in a 2025 beach wedding but Rebel decided to move up the date.

The couple first met in 2021 and announced their engagement in February 2023. They also share a daughter Royce Lillian, who will turn two in November.

Hugh recently revealed he he was the one to introduce Rebel and Ramona, who he was friends with individually before realising the two would be great for each other. 

However, earlier this month, Hugh detailed his shock falling out with his former best friend Rebel and said he was not invited or told about her Italian wedding plans.

Speaking on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, host Kyle Sandilands asked Hugh whether he would be travelling to Italy to attend Rebel and Ramona's wedding.

'No, I wasn't even told about it. I've actually messaged them [but I didn't hear back],' the singer responded. 'Look, I don't even really know them anymore.'

'Did you do something wrong?' a surprised Kyle asked before Hugh admitted he had 'no idea what has happened'.

'On their first date, I even gave them both little Tiffany's necklaces and they still wear them,' Hugh continued.

'I just hope that everything goes well for Rebel. I do worry about it though because I went to court for her here and we were really great mates.

'I did introduce her to Ramona and all that sort of thing. I just want her to have good people around.

'And I worry because I feel like back in the day, I was probably one of the only people that would be there for her and now with the silence and stuff, I just want to make sure she's all right, but I'm sure she's all right.' 

Hugh also revealed how he introduced Rebel to his assistant and now 'she doesn't talk to me either'.

Hugh previously told how he 'played Cupid' for Rebel by setting her up with Ramona in 2021. 

'I'm a bit of a matchmaker in my spare time. I've got a few marriages in there,' Hugh said in a past radio appearance on 2Day FM.

'Both were really hard to set up. Ramona is really smart, and Rebel is really smart.

'I was in New York with my ex and feeling very sad, and Rebel said she can't imagine how I feels because she's never been in love before!'

'I thought, ''Gosh, she's a hard one to crack.'' So I thought of Ramona straight away.'

Hugh said in April last year he had not met Rebel's daughter Royce Lillian, who she welcomed via surrogate with Ramona.

'I've been going hard since the end of last year – we did Solitary Man, we shot Five Bedrooms, we put out Back to the Rafters – it's been really busy but really fulfilling,' the star told The Daily Telegraph at the time.

'I'll be going back to LA after this Sydney run and will finally get to meet Royce.

'When I was back there, they were away so I haven't seen them yet – but I'm looking forward to connecting to all my friends over there.'
