A giant crane was brought in to lift a lorry after it became stuck in a narrow lane in Cornwall.
The lorry was carrying 40 tons of seed when the driver took a wrong turn and ended up wedged between a house and wall in Forder near Saltash.
The cargo was emptied and the lorry cab taken away before the operation to recover the trailer, which itself weighed eight tons, was carried out.
Roads were diverted and around 30 homes in the village had their power switched off while the clearance took place, with the lorry finally being freed more than 72 hours after being trapped.
Local resident Colin Brown said: 'Having a lorry stuck in the road here every 16 years is probably the most interesting thing that happens here.'
Fellow local Derek Pilgrim said last time they lifted the lorry right over the top but said: 'It was a smaller lorry, this one is much bigger.'
